"Convenient way of doing sightseeing "
It was an enjoyable trip plus the meal offered
by a Tallinn’s hotel through the driver cum guide was definitely worth trying.
"Riga-Tallinn with Traveller"
We had a wonderful day with Laura T of Traveller. We took the tour from Riga to Tallinn and visited the beautiful cities in between.
Laura was very helpful with our six month old. She was very knowledgeable and shared trivia facts about the places we visited. She even picked fresh berries for us. She is a bright girl and we wish her well.
We really had a memorable time with her and would cherish it forever.
"Cool Coastal Cliffs Tour with Laura T"
Laura was as enthusiastic as she was knowledgeable about all things Estonia! She took us to beautiful scenic views along the Baltic Sea, the lovely old manor houses, the monastic ruins and many other must-sees. The hike in Keila Vald along the waterfalls was a lovely break from the drive; Laura included a brief history lesson.
She also included a few local offbeat places like an old Russian bunker and cargo plane, now used as a meeting place for the local teen flying club.
With Laura’s expertise and great driving, it was a very enjoyable day well-spent!
"Pleasant one-day journey to discover Estonia and Latvia!"
We decided to enjoy this tour to discover something else in addiction to the main cities of Estonia and Latvia. That turned out to be the best choice, because we had the chance to visit really cool places and Laura was a really good tour guide. She was able to answer to any kind of question we asked her and they were many and about multiple topics. It was a really pleasant one-day journey experience!
"A Must-do Tour "
Our guide Laura was amazing. She was very passionate and knowledgeable. The tour took us to many great sights, and made me learn a lot about the two countries. No reason to hesitate if you're travelling from Tallinn to Riga.
"Very interesting!"
This was a very interesting day trip as our guide explained a lot about Estonian history and she gave us plenty of details about all the places we were at. Though the day was rainy we had a lot of fun and I enjoyed my time very much.
"A look into the estonian soul"
By visiting the spots of nature and sowjet relicts with our estonian guide we understand and felt the problems and solutions of this old and young society.
Thank you so much
"Wonderful tour with a nice guide"
He tour to Lahemaa Nationalpark shows the perfect nature and wonderful places. Our guide, Laura, was very kind and she knew mostly everything about Estonia. My favorite place was Käsmu and the little museum.
"absolutely recommended"
This was the second trip I took with this company. My tour guide was Laura. Despite her age, she was incredibly professional and very informative. surely being a history student helped. she did exactly what she was supposed to do. She was responsible, considerate and kind. The day was long. 12 hours. so many places to see and to do. unfortunately, we had very little time in places we stopped particularly in Viljandi and Cecis towns but as I said it is a long trip and I can totally understand the rush. The lunch stop was well chosen. The food was great (though more expensive than the one we had in Vilnius-Riga tour). I would strongly recommend this tour to anybody who is doing the Baltic tour. Thank you, Laura. you are a star!
"Fantastic day with a very knowledgeable guide"
This is such a great trip. Laura was a brilliant guide, she put 100% in all day and we learned so much about Latvian and Estonian history. Her knowledge about all aspects of Estonia was impressive and she coped with loads of "interesting" questions from a couple of our fellow travelers!
We saw parts of the 2 counties that we would never have seen on a normal coach and especially enjoyed the short trek in the forest. Lunch was very good and, as we had pre-orded, served with the minimum of fuss and waiting time.
On a seperate note, we would like to acknowledge the help from Heleene in the office as we managed to confuse the dates for our bookings and it took a few emails to make sure that it was all sorted.
All in all, I can thoroughly recommend the company and the tour.
"All good"
I really don't know what you could do better, and our guide was exceptional
"Fun way to see more than just the cities "
Absolutely great tour guide from Estonia who was studying history and therefore had great knowledge and lots of fun facts and jokes, also a very good driver and I felt very safe in her car. Well air conditioned and comfy minibus. Interesting stops and it was nice to eat lunch as a group, although lunch was quite late. Arrived to Riga on time. Maybe it would have been better to have had more independence at some of the stops so we could have gone off and explored further if different members of the tour walk at different paces. Would have preferred to have explored valga instead of going to the museum
"Fun way to travel to Riga"
This tour is a great way to not only travel from Tallinn to Riga, but also see something of Estonia and Latvia on the way! The tours are done in small groups, so it is quite a personal experience (you're not a sheep in a herd of tourists!) and you have plenty of opportunity to ask all the questions you may have about the two countries. Our guide really knew her stuff and her guiding was very informative and well-done. We stopped at two picturesque small towns, some ruins, a national park, a military museum and a bobsleigh track - a diverse mix that gives you a little overview over the countries! I felt I was in good hands and will highly recommend this tour to friends and colleagues.
"Best option from Tallinn to Riga"
We have booked this tour and are really very happy about this decision. The tour offers a maximum of travelling experience for a reasonable price and thus provides you with value for money. Our guide Laura was very capable and friedly and did a great job to make this tour memorable. The interesting stopovers, the good lunch, the timing, everything was very well organised. All in all, a perfect way to travel from Tallinn to Riga 😀
"Loved it"
We had a great time with Laura. She really impressed us with her level of knowledge.
"A very nice way to reach Tallin’"
If you go to Tallin from Rīga do not hesitate to take this tour. The places we visit were all interesting, each in its own way, and our guide, Laura, was excellent. She was extra nice and told us a lot about the history, society, way people of these countries live.
"Best way from Tallinn to Riga "
What an amazing day, Laura was fantastic in her knowledge about all of our stops and the Estonian history and always had answers whilst make into the whole day fun and entertaining, cannot recommend enough
"Wonderful Guide"
We had an incredible journey with a personable highly knowledgeable guide Laura. Would recommend this tour to others.
"Laura was great"
I took the Tallinn to Riga tour on July 12, and guide Laura was great. She provided lots of great insights into the five stops we had. I highly recommend taking the sightseeing tour from Tallinn to Riga (or vice versa) if you are going that way and have some time. This is a concept that should expand throughout Europe and even the world. Usually, with a day tour, you end up in the same place you started. It's like a two for one, being able to take the day tour and also reach your destination.
"Amazing trip with great hotspots on the road"
Out trip from Tallinn to Riga wad amazing. In fact it was just a way to get from A to B in the first place, but little did we know it would be such a great experience. We saw a lot of great places and the enthusiastic Laura told us some great stories about both Estonia and Latvia.
Thanks Laura!
"Knowledgeable and lovely guide - good attractions "
Took the tour on June 27th. The travelers on the tour were a bit less enthusiastic in comparison to the crowd of my other tour (Riga-Tallin tour), but were fine. About he guide, actually the guides, because we got 2 guides instead of one. Laura (I think our main guide was Laura) was young, kind, knowledgeable and the other guide (sorry not remembering his name) was more experienced and knowledgeable also. They provided good natural and historical information. I asked to be dropped off before returning to Tallinn and Laura managed to set a route which minimized the spots I would not visit. At the end (at least the end of my tour), Laura kindly offered us a typical cold sweet from Estonia. Highly recommended.
"Wonderful overview of area"
Laura was very knowledgeable and paced the trip very well. She is a fantastic guide. We saw a variety of important aspects of this part of the country. I especially loved the walk through the bogs.
"What a wonderful day tour!"
If you have a day to spend in Tallinn, I highly recommend this tour for all of you. You can listen to lots of things about Estonian history, culture, and very detailed parts of Estonia. Also you can see magnificent nature of Lahemaa, which you've never seen before in anywhere else. I personally enjoyed this tour so much! Thank you, Laura! You are thr best guide I've ever met:)
"Turned what should have been the most boring day of our holiday into the best day of our holiday"
We're still blown away by the sheer force of nature that is (Estonian) Laura, our wonderful guide for the day. Nothing was too much trouble, she went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a great and memorable day. If anyone is considering a trip from Riga to Tallinn this has to be the ONLY way to do it. We can't recommend it enough and Laura, we look forward to hopefully one day making you feel as welcome in the UK as you made us feel in Latvia and Estonia.
"Super knowledgeable guide"
Our guide Laura (Estonia) was so sweet and engaging. She is also super knowledgeable with her History major background (must have been an ace student). She was eagerly answering all our questions for 9 whole hours non stop, I feel bad for her throat! :× I gained so much knowledge of Estonia by the end of it, that I could answer some of the otber guide's questions and give other tourist interesting facts!
"Good Sights and way to meet people"
Nice to meet friendly people traveling and to also learn the history of Estonia during this adventure.
"Informative and enjoyable tour"
If you want a day trip out of Tallinn, take this fun and informative tour. We enjoyed Jägala waterfall, learning more about the history of the manors and our favourite. Walking through the bog! Our guide, Laura, was enthusiastic and friendly! We learned much about Estonia and her history. We highly recommend it. Thanks, Laura, for the amazing time!
"get away from the crowds"
Our guide, Laura, was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information. we went to some beautiful places that you wouldn't see on a regular tour. It should be noted that the price does not include entrance to the manor house.
"Excellent Private Tour"
Narva and the Eastern Bloc Private day tour was a very interesting and enjoyable day. Our guide Laura was very knowledgeable and imparted plenty of information for us. She made the tour enjoyable, informative and full of extra information. We enjoyed walking along the edge of the Narva river which is the border with Russia. We would highly recommend doing this tour, to learn about the countryside and towns out of Tallinn. Well done Laura and thank you!
